Since our last xanga blog, Neviah Nevi has added a new drummer and 2 lead guitarist.
NN has signed with Wounded Records & w/ a booking agent - The Conway Agency.
May 19th Neviah Nevi will go into the studio to record their full length cd to be releast in June.
That's what has been going on the last couple of months.

Neviah Nevi is seeking a Drummer and Lead guitarist.
*Or a band who is seeking a vocalist and bassist and willing to join forces with us.
We have a record contract on the table, already booked for Cornerstone '07 and many opportunities ahead of us.
Our music will have strong melodies and screaming Hard Rock/Hardcore/metal - willing to change it up a bit from what we currently have recorded.
Must be:
Creative and able to contribute to writing the music.
Dedicated Easy to work with (teachable)
Able to tour
Have your own equiptment
Not cocky or prideful
Ready to have some fun and get crazy

| Neviah Nevi is looking for a fill-in guitarist that can play lead for October & November.
We are also looking to fill the position.
Our guitarist just got an amazing deal with a bigger band, but we can not give out the info yet. He will send out a statement to all of you kinda folks very soon. This is amazing WISH HIM WELL.

Our sound is aiming for somewhere between Bloodlined Calligraphy and Flee the Seen.
We need to write 5 new songs and soon.
We've had some labels looking at us, we have a contract in hand, and possibilities of more.
We tour a lot.
We are Christians.
We are not judgemental, but do perfer you to be of the same faith and living it.
We have a girl vocalist on rhythm guitar, that screams/growls, but sings as well.
We'd be up for having a lead guitarist that could do some vocals also.

STUDIO:
We were in the studio last week finishing up the recording.
Things are sounding really good. We can't wait until it's finished. We're really happy with the way things have gone in the studio. We've written some stuff, experimented with vocals and the music.When all is said and done, the finished project will be amazing.
New Album:
The title of the album will be "By the Blood of Their Feet".
Which is a line in our song, "Not In Vain".
For those of you who are interested, I'll tell you where that name comes from. it's inspired by President George Washington, who was a great president and praying one at that. He always prayed before battles. One time they had to float down a river and they were going to pass right in front of the enemy. He told his men to not make a noise and he prayed that they would not be seen. Right after that a thick fog rolled across the river. They floated right in front of the enemy and they never seen them. If you follow his life, there are sevearl incidents like this.
The title for the Album comes from the Battle of Vally Forge. It was a miserable winter. His soldiers fought long and hard. They were with out food and had little clothing. They had even wore out the shoes on their feet. President George Washington describe what he say in the snow, behind his determined soldiers saying, "You could trace them, by the blood of their feet."
Art work for the New Album:
We are looking for people to submit art work for our new album, following the theme of, "By the Blood of Their Feet". Feel free to use your own interpretation of the title or you can be literal and go off of the Valley Forge incident that I told you about above. Whoever submits the best one will receieve a signed copy and one of our new t-shirts that will come out along with the cd.
